I earned Bachelor's and Master's degree in film editing after studying at FAMU (Film and TV School of Academy of Performing Arts in Prague). During my university studies I collaborated as an editor on numerous short fiction films, animated films and documentaries that were screened on festivals all over the world and some of them, like Lesapán (Leshy) or Mythopolis, were also widely awarded.

Leshy and People Involved were both nominated for a Czech Lion Magnesia Best Student Film Award.

After I graduated from FAMU I edited commercials, music videos and  TV & feature documentaries. Sugar Blues, directed by Andrea Culková, was premiered at Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival CPH:DOX.

I also participated as an editor on the Exposure: The Factory - documentary for the British ITV in London. In between 2012-2014 I worked as a Promo Producer at TV Nova, a Czech commercial TV station.

Recently I worked on HETV projects in Prague and in London as a 1st Assistant Editor: The Wheel of Time for Amazon and The Nevers for HBO.

I edited a Czech feature film Mimořádná událost (Emergency situation, 2022) directed by Jiří Havelka.
